Apple CEO, Time Cook has said that their initial supply of iPhone 5 devices has sold out but they are trying to get a device to everyone who wants one.
In the first 24 hours of the latest Apple smartphone being available for pre-order, over 2 million iPhones were sold.
The rate soon slowed down, but not by much and the number of sales has just reached 5 million
. Tim Cook also said that
"Demand for iPhone 5 has been incredible" and that "We appreciate everyone patients and are trying to build enough iPhone 5's for everyone".
iPhone 5 deliveries will keep coming as well as the phone being available to order online, where you will also get an estimated delivery date.
