Sony is an official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup, Beats (which Apple has just bought $3bn) isn't.  However, this hasn't stopped Beats capitalising on the tournament and their TV adverts and free gifts to the players has angered the biggest football governing body.
This advert doesn't specifically mention the World Cup and so FIFA can't do anything about it:

FIFA has banned players wearing Beats headphones in the World Cup stadia and at official media events.  This hasn't stopped the likes of Brazilian footballer Neymar from using them, however, as he was spotted wearing a pair of Beats getting off the team bus for a training session on Monday.
