HTC reveals cheaper One M8 Windows Phone

By Admin 19 August 2014
HTC have announced a cheaper version of their One M8 smartphone, which will run Windows Phone as opposed to Android.  In fact, this modified version will be approximately half the price of the Android counterpart.

It seems that Microsoft and HTC will be hoping that this combination can bring them back some market share, as they both are currently falling short in comparison to market-leader Samsung.  The Windows version will only be available in the USA and this can be taken as a sign that Microsoft want to push out the Windows Phone OS into America where it is currently less popular than in Europe and Asia.
