BB10 phones released: What is BB10 like?

Blackberry Z10 running BB10
So, Blackberry 10 has finally been released with the first phone to run their new operating system being the Blackberry Z10.  The OS has had a complete makeover and keeps basically none of the characteristically of the old one.  In fact, the new operating system is more comparable to iOS or android than the old blackberry software, although it does contain some different and rather interesting features.

The UI (user interface) of the new software is quite similar to iOS or android.  On the front page you have widgets of your frequent apps.  These are live and show up to date information.  Scroll right and on to the next page and you will see a layout similar to iOS with all your apps displayed in rows.

There are some unique features to BB10, though.  For example, they have a new "experience" called blackberry flow.  You can swipe to the right from any application which takes you to the "hub".  In the hub you see all notifications from apps such as Twitter, Facebook, mail and text messages.  This means you don't have to switch apps, you can see all your messages and notifications while the app you were in is still running.

Another new and unique feature is the keyboard which included personalized words suggestions which come up on the touchscreen keyboard as you are typing.  To select this word you just flick up.

There is Blackberry is late with this new software but we can definitely see that it is better than what was previously offered from the company.
