Samsung have changed the design of their Galaxy Tab computer after it was banned in Germany because of complaints from Apple saying it looks too much like their Ipad.  The south Korean company has said have changed it so that the tablet now extends over the devices sides and that the new design will go on sale next month.
Apple may want to appeal against this happening saying that it breaks the existing court order.

Quotes:

"Samsung decided to introduce this new version in order to meet consumer demand for our innovative and distinctive products," a spokeswoman told the BBC.
"The Galaxy Tab 10.1N still has rounded corners, but Apple doesn't have an exclusive right on just one such feature: what is protected is a set of characteristics and the overall impression it makes."
