Space tourism: Could happen by 2013

By Toby 26 October 2011
Virgin Galactic's SpaceShipTwoVirgin say they could start launching their first tourist flight into space in the next two years.  They say that the priority is the customers safety and they need to make it 100% secure before they open it to the public.
The spaceship journey will last 2.5 hours and the passengers will get 5 minutes time in space, floating around.
Tickets for this journey will cost around £127,000 (US$200,00).  Nearly 500 people have already purchased tickets!
Sir Richard Branson plans to make the first flight with his children.
