iPad 3- Out next month?

This is NOT the iPad 3

The iPad 2 was apple's well improved version of the first ipad and only came out a few months ago. And so, it's rather odd that some rumors are saying that we might see the ipad 3 on our shelves sometime next month.
The iPad is expected, by most, to be released in December 2011 or sometime 2012. The iPad three is expected to have better camera's (like the iPhone 4s) and a new processor (possibly the A6- but this is less likely). Some people are also expecting it to have an HD screen to display higher quality pictures and video's.
As price for memory becomes less expensive we may see a new option for the new ipad. So far, you can buy a 16GB, a 34GB or a 64GB iPad- but could we see 128GB option with the new device.
Other new features might also include an SD card maybe even a USB slot- although this hasn't been seen in any iPad devices so far.
