Vodafone Smart 3- review/ info

The new Vodafone smart (3) comes with a larger 4 inch screen and costs just £95! The display is 480x800 pixels, which is quite good for such a cheap smartphone. It runs Android 4.1 (Jellybean). Although this isn't the latest version- it shouldn't cause any drawbacks on the Smart 3 and the Smart 2 ran Android 2.3- a dated OS even last year (when the smart 2 came out).

The phone has a fairly standard camera. At 5MP it's better than the Smart 2's 3 megapixels but still not the best in the budget smartphone market.

The handset features a 1GHz, single core processor which may slow your phone down a bit if playing highly intensive games or apps, but for £95 you can't complain.

The smart 2 cost £70, so the new price is a bit of a step up but certainly not a bad thing. The improvements more than make up for this. The design also seems to be a little better than before.

Overall, the smart 3 is a very good improvement on it's predecessor and will be a real competitor in the budget smartphone market. For under £100, it's a very good deal.
