Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 review
Unlike its predecessor, the second edition of the Samsung galaxy Tab doesn't have 3G (In the UK) and it only comes with 16GB of memory, with no other options available. However, there is a memory card slot on the device which supports up to 64GB!

The tablet has a plastic casing meaning the weight can be kept down to just 587 grams making it lighter than the iPad.  To some, the plastic may make the tablet seem cheap and, to some extent, it does.  However it does feel strong and well built.

One different feature that we haven't seen before is two speakers on each side of the tablet.  Unlike the iPad which haws its speaker on the back, the Samsung can deliver sound straight to you.

The screen is roughly the same as the last version 1280X800.  This puts it in the same league as the iPad 2, meaning that (with their new retina display) Apple still has the lead with the new iPad/ the iPad 3.

The tablet runs the latest version on Android, Ice Cream sandwich, which runs well on the tablet due to its 1GB of RAM.  However, it only has a 1GHz processor meaning it isn't as fast as some of its rivals.

Rating: 4.5/5-  Its a good tablet but still not the best in the market.  The new iPad still owns that title.
