Apple have a minor victory over their rivals: Samsung. Apple have accused Samsung of copying their "ipad" with Samsung "Galaxy Tablet".Earlier today the Court temporarily banned the Samsung Galaxy 10.1. Apple have said that what Samsung have done is "Blatant Copying" .
The Samsung tablet is also banned in Germany and legal disputes are ongoing in 9 other county's concerning this case. Samsung is expected to appeal this decision.
Only last week, Samsung accused Apple of breaking Patents and copying the way Samsung transmits it's 3G network with the iphone 4s. Samsung say they are going to try and stop the sale of the newly-released iphone in France and Italy.
